A. SOFI’S CREPES offers you the opportunity to operate a restaurant offering quickly prepared specialty crepes and a variety of other delicious European and internationally inspired foods and beverages in a pleasant and comfortable environment in which customers can see the crepes being made.

Q. How much does the franchise cost?

A. The estimated initial investment to establish a SOFI’S CREPES franchise can start as low as just over $ 100,000 including the Franchise Fee depending on how extensive the build out.

Q. Is there financing available to help open a franchise?

A. YES, there is Financing Available. Sofi’s Crepes has arranged relationships with specific lenders to finance qualified franchisees for the development of a Sofi’s Crepes franchise.

Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?

A. The continuing services, or "royalty fee," is paid weekly at 6% of gross sales. This fee entitles you to use the SOFI’S CREPES trademark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a SOFI’S CREPES franchise.

Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?

A. SOFI’S CREPES does not grant an exclusive territory. We will grant you a territory (called an "Area of Primary Responsibility" or "Area") defined by zip codes or other physical, political or natural boundaries.

Q. What about advertising?

A. SOFI’S CREPES's name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum amount we specify on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend up to 2% of the previous month's gross sales on local advertising. In addition, you will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 1% of your weekly gross sales.

Q. How much training is provided in a SOFI’S CREPES franchise system?

A. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operations of a SOFI’S CREPES franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.

Q. What is the term of a SOFI’S CREPES Franchise Agreement?

A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years. The franchise is renewable for three additional terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
